Manager – Finance Business Partnering team - Energy sector experience required
Location – Mainly WFH with 2 days per month in London
£75-85,000 plus c.10% bonus and generous benefits
Grafton Banks Finance is recruiting a Manager for a Finance Business Partnering team for a reputable company with offices in London. Through the delivery of insight and complex analysis the Manager is responsible for significantly impacting several areas of this business.
Some of the key deliverables include:
- Working with the business unit to support, challenge and advise on strategic and operational decision-making.
- Leading the finance business partnering team in providing forecasting, reporting of costs, opex control and maximising gross margin for several areas of the business.
- Overseeing the annual business planning process liaising with other finance teams to ensure an effective and efficient process.
- Building strong relationships with the Senior Business Leaders that you support.
The successful candidate must be:
- Fully Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) who is highly numerate and analytical.
- Previous experience leading a Finance Business Partnering team of 2+ is essential and needs to be evident on your CV.
- Experience of significant and complex financial planning and budgeting.
- Experience from within the energy sector is essential.
For your experience and qualifications, you’ll receive a salary of £75-£85,000, plus c10% bonus and generous benefits. The role is largely home based with 2 days per month in London.
