Grafton Banks Finance is partnering with an established business in East Sussex in the recruitment of a Finance Business Partner. You will support and advise on financial planning, taking a prominent role in analysing and evaluating strategic business opportunities, supporting the development of proposals for income generation. Responsible for delivering an annual budget and five-year plans, quarterly forecasts, monthly reporting of actual performance, and the monitoring of financial risks and opportunities in accordance with strict timetable for new initiatives and business development activity.
The candidate:
- Fully Qualified Accountant (ACA, CIMA, ACCA) working in a large complex organisation (Β£300m+ revenues)
- Evidence of working with very senior stakeholders to drive income
- Solid permanent career in finance business partnering/financial analysis
- Living in Sussex
- Superb communication skills, credibility, resilience and gravitas to drive change
Salary: Β£55-65,000 plus generous benefits.
