Grafton Banks Finance is currently looking for a seasoned FP&A Manager available to start a 4-month Fixed Term Contract immediately with an established, profitable, and growing business in East Sussex. Working closely with the CFO and Financial Controller, you will be responsible for managing and developing the budgeting and planning process, as well as the forecasting model.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the business to deliver long-term strategic objectives through data gathering and analysis.
- Develop models for budgeting & forecasting and improving the planning process.
- Prepare the annual budget and 5-year plan, and complete re-forecasts throughout the year.
- Prepare and present insights to the board.
- Support with M&A and business expansion including pre-acquisition modelling and the financial due diligence process.
- Monitor cash flow risks & opportunities, and complete analysis of business performance.
- Oversee a team of 3.
Minimum Requirements:
- Fully Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
- Experience in FP&A from a multi-site business (essential)
- Experience of working on M&A, completing due diligence work, business acquisitions, and site expansion.
- Evidence of creating and managing 5-year plans.
- Advanced IT and financial modelling skills.
