Grafton Banks Finance is recruiting a Financial Controller for a respected and growing SME with offices in Maidstone. The role offers hybrid working and manages a small team.

This is a new position for the company and takes responsibility for a variety of tasks including preparation of the monthly management accounts, budget setting, forecasting, planning, production of management information, credit control, payroll, VAT, liaison with the auditors at year end, improvement of processes, controls and systems and many other responsibilities. The role is very much a blank canvas, and the successful individual will be able to put their stamp on it and really add value. The position comes with an annual bonus, pension, and other benefits as well as 2-3 days working from home each week.
