Grafton Banks Finance are working with a commercial services company with offices in Brighton, East Sussex to recruit an actively studying Part Qualified Finance Business Partner on a full-time permanent basis. Reporting into the Head of Finance, this newly created role will provide strategic financial support and analysis across the business. This role is critical to driving commercial performance, supporting decision-making with robust financial insights, managing risks, and ensuring divisional alignment with Group financial objectives.
Duties and Responsibilities will include:
- Partner with Divisional heads and their direct reports to provide financial reporting that drives performance
- Lead monthly performance reviews with operational teams, identifying risks, opportunities, and corrective actions
- Support strategic initiatives including BD, negotiations, and investment appraisals
- Develop and maintain divisional KPI dashboards and performance metrics
- Overseeing all bookkeeping for the division
- Preparation of monthly MI Management Reporting
