Grafton Banks Finance is currently looking for an ambitious FP&A Manager to join an established, profitable and growing business in East Sussex. Working closely with the CFO you will be responsible for managing and developing the budgeting and planning process, as well as the forecasting model.
Some of the key responsibilities include:
- Support the business to deliver long term strategic objectives through data gathering and analysis.
- Develop models for budgeting & forecasting and improving the planning process.
- Prepare the annual budget and 5 years plan, and complete re-forecasts throughout the year.
- Prepare and present insights to the board.
- Support with M&A and business expansion including pre-acquisition modelling and the financial due diligence process.
- Monitoring cash flow risks & opportunities, and complete analysis of business performance.
- Oversee a team of 3.
The successful candidate will be:
- Fully Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
- With experience in FP&A from a multi-site business (essential)
- You may also have experience of working on M&A, completing due diligence work, business acquisitions and site expansion.
- You will have evidence of creating and managing 5-year plans.
- You will have advanced IT and financial modelling skills.
In return for your knowledge and experience you will be rewarded with a competitive salary (TBC) plus benefits package and perks, and the opportunity to work from home 2 days per week. Salary tbc – we are keen to hear from candidates looking for £60-75,000 base salaries.
