Key Responsibilities: * Provide general administrative support to management and staff * Maintain and update records, databases, and filing systems * Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and coordinate appointments * Handle correspondence (emails, letters, phone calls) professionally and promptly * Organize and manage office supplies and equipment * Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed * Assist with HR, finance, or project coordination tasks (depending on experience) * Uphold confidentiality and data protection protocols 16hrs per weekeither 2 full days (9-5) or 4 days, 4hrs a day (9-1 or 1-5).
