- Accounts Payable (paying suppliers, entering purchase invoices)
- Accounts Receivable (credit control)
- Payroll
- Running of financial reports for directors
- Inter-company transactions
- Insurance (vehicle, professional, public, health etc)
- Utilities and bills at all 3 sites
- Motor Vehicle upkeep
- Website management
- Online Shop management
- Larger IT issues and organising – managing relationship with IT provider
- Day to Day issues around the office – ordering supplies, cleaning of the offices, general maintenance of the office
- Annual leave spreadsheet
- VAT returns to HMRC
- PAYE to HMRC
- Credit card reconciliations
- Help with any deliveries that need doing and general sales enquires.
- Employee expenses
- Employee pensions
- Setting up new employees on Xero Salary £32,000-£35,000pa 30-37 hours per week.
