Responsibilities:

  • Take enquiries via the phone or email, gaining details and timings of jobs.
  • Organising deliveries and collections with supporting paperwork.
  • Booking fleet MOT's.
  • Booking fleet service and repairs.
  • Typing up quotes and sending via email.
  • Gathering costs from suppliers of materials.
  • Follow ups on quotes.
  • Logging quotes and source of enquiry on database.
  • Tracking monthly quote amounts and recording on database.
  • Tracking quotes per month and reporting on a year to date.
  • Tracking sales.
  • General office administration to assist Lorraine.
  • Excellent Excel skills required; CAD and AI experience is an advantage.
  • Deliveries and collections if workshop are busy.
  • Liaising with suppliers and customers.
  • Producing worksheets for workshop with job details.
  • Collecting work sheets from workshop on completion, contacting customers to collect finished jobs.
