Our clients are looking for a hands-on, commercially minded Marketing Manager to lead their marketing team during a maternity cover period. If you have senior marketing and creative experience, a practical mindset - ideally within interiors or design - we would love to hear from you.
This is a senior, fast-paced role working closely with the Managing Director and Design Director, shaping the strategy while also being deeply involved in delivery - from campaigns, content and digital launches, events, PR and showroom display. This role is for a creative person who enjoys both strategic and practical aspects, comfortable leading a team but equally happy getting stuck in.
Based at the Eastbourne head office, with regular travel to London, this is a great opportunity to play a key role in a growing British brand with ambition in both the UK and USA.
- Proven experience in a senior marketing management role, leading a team and overseeing multiple concurrent projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Brand Management or any other related field.
- Proficiency in using analytics and CRMs to monitor performance and inform marketing decisions.
- Strong understanding of campaign management across digital, events, PR and print.
- Excellent organisational, planning and leadership skills.
- Confident communicator with experience working across creative and commercial teams.
- Experience with events, product launches, and showroom VM is highly desirable.
- Experience in the luxury, interiors, or design sector preferred.
- Positive, solutions-focused and supportive approach to teamwork.
- Strong communicator, able to adjust style across senior management, internal teams and direct reports.
- Motivational leadership style with the ability to inspire and guide a small team.
- Proactive problem-solver capable of working independently and presenting solutions.
- Skilled in communicating strategy and marketing goals across departments.
- Flexible and willing to travel as required between Eastbourne and London.
Contract length: 12 months
Marketing management: 3 years (required)
