The predicted salary is between 22000 - 29000 £ per year.
This is a very fast-paced role which entails quoting customers to send shipments all around the UK and internationally to best suit their needs. This includes liaising with agents and hauliers, following through from quote, to booking to delivery. Tracking shipments and resolving issues that may arise on route. Guiding customers on documents, clearance requirements and transit times. Providing clearance information to agents. Ability to calculate volumetric weights of shipments and price accordingly. Answering the phone to deal with enquiries.

- Organisational skills – able to deal with numbers of jobs at once

- Able to deal with problems calmly and quickly keeping in mind the best resolution for the customer and company
- Confident with Excel and emails
- Working well with others and keeping up strong lines of communication
- Dealing with emails and telephone quotes
- People requesting charge for shipping from around the world
- Contacting airlines requesting quotes and speaking to the customers
- Someone who is confident and good with a calculator/figures
- Sending out quotes to customers

Salary £26,000-£27,500pa
