- Typing up quotes and sending via email
- Gathering costs from suppliers of materials
- Follow ups on quotes
- Logging quotes and source of enquiry on database
- Tracking monthly quote amounts and recording on database
- Tracking quotes per month and reporting on a year to date
- Tracking sales
- General office administration to assist Lorraine
- Excellent Excel skills required, CAD and AI experience an advantage
- Deliveries and collections if workshop are busy
- Liaising with suppliers and customers
- Producing worksheets for workshop with job details
- Collecting work sheets from workshop on completion, contacting customers to collect finished jobs
