My client is seeking an experienced Customer Service Advisor to work within their maintenance department. Main Duties and Responsibilities: * Answering telephones, acting as first point of contact for customers * Taking payments from customers * Accepting deliveries * Raising maintenance orders on our booking software * Communicating with customers to book in repairs and maintenance calls in a timely manner ensuring our contract KPI’s are met * Organising and liaising with operatives carrying out the repairs * Ordering of parts required for the repairs * Writing up of invoices/SOR codes * Covering the Gas/Plumbing service department during annual leave periods Experience: * Minimum 1 years experience in maintenance and repairs We endeavour to reply to all applications, however, if you haven`t heard from us within 7 days, you have been unsuccessful with this particular role.
