Transport Team Manager Grafters Recruit are currently looking for Transport Team Managers to work for our client in the Daventry / Crick area on a temp perm basis. For this Transport Team Manager role, you will be responsible for: Support the management of a team of drivers, vehicles and administration staff to deliver the timely dispatch of deliveries to our customers stores and provide a store network with a first-class service. Manage Driver resource, when business requires. Proactively motivate and guide all direct reports and manage performance when required. Carry out Driver pre-and de-briefs. Work collaboratively with the Warehouse Team and Vehicle Maintenance Unit in orchestrating the movement of loads and availability of vehicles and trailers.
