Duties and responsibilities:
- To input accurate information regarding drivers, start/finish times.
- To work in conjunction with the Team Manager to ensure the transport operation meets the needs of our client.
- To ensure all drivers have what they need to complete their day's work and allocate and dispatch on time.
- To ensure all driver issues or queries are dealt with in a timely manner.
- To keep the site management updated of any issues.
- Responsibility for the day-to-day implementation of site people policies, engagement of colleagues, and undertaking all activities relating to direct management of an operational management team.
- Keep track of where drivers are and keep customers updated if any relevant changes occur.
