For Companies Grafters Recruit Ltd are looking for a talented Sales Recruitment Consultant to join our expanding team within our Hoddesdon Office.
We are looking for someone with a background in recruitment who isn\’t afraid to get stuck in straight away.
Responsibilities:
- Bringing in new business through networking and a strong sales approach
- Identifying and developing client/business relationships
- Assessing and responding to the needs of each particular client
- Sourcing suitable candidates and briefing them on the opportunities offered to each client
- Managing the process of putting candidates into jobs
- Networking to build business information that can be converted into opportunities
Required Skills & Experience:
- Transport and Logistics knowledge is desirable but not essential
- Excellent time management and organisation skills
- The ability to overcome objections and be persistent
- Visiting clients to build and develop positive relationships
