Grafters Recruit Ltd is looking for experienced Am and Pm Class 1 drivers for ongoing work based in Kettering.

BENEFITS:

  • From £20.73 to £43.96 per hour
  • Guaranteed shifts available from Friday to Monday, with a minimum guaranteed payment of 11.25 hours per shift
  • Regular work on mornings/afternoon/evening shifts; needs to work on weekends
  • Easy work, store deliveries and trunking depot to depot
  • No deduction for breaks
  • Free on-site parking
  • Automatically enrolled in company pension after 3 months
  • Entitled to Holiday Pay

DUTIES:

  • Mainly start times between 22:00-02:00; 06:00-10:00; 15:00-18:00
  • Length shifts between 8-13 hours
  • Store deliveries and trunking depot to depot
  • Using cages/pallets

Each driver will be required to pass an assessment prior to being given a full induction.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

  • Valid C+E category on your driving licence, held for 3 months
  • Minimum 3 months driving experience
  • No more than 6 penalty points on licence
  • Valid driver CPC qualified
  • Valid digi Tacho Card

Rates of pay are:

  • PAYE: Mon - Fri days - £20.73
  • Mon - Fri Nights - £21.98
  • Sat Days 06:00-18:00 - £22.73
  • Sat Nights 18:00-06:00 - £23.98
  • Sun Days 06:00-18:00 - £22.73
  • Sunday Nights 18:00-00:00 - £23.98
  • 6th shift - £22.50
  • Bank Holiday Days - £22.73
  • Bank holiday NIGHTS - £23.98
  • Boxing day rate Days - £41.46
  • Boxing day rate Nights - £43.96
  • Night out - £25.00
