Grafters Recruit Ltd require Shunter for ongoing work from our clients in the Daventry (Crick) area.

WORKING PATTERNS AVAILABLE:
- 4-on / 4-off (nights)
- Consists of 12-hour shifts
- Weekly hours fluctuate but average to 42 hours per week
- Overtime is payable for days worked outside of the 4-on / 4-off rotation
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Category C+E (Class 1) preferred
- Applicants new to shunting, but with previous Class 1 driving experience considered
- Valid CPC
- Valid Digital Tachograph Card
- Maximum 6 points on license
PAY STRUCTURE (PAYE ONLY):
- Standard rate Nights (hours between 23:00 - 07:00) £19.15
- Overtime rate additional days outside the 4-on / 4-off pattern Nights (hours between 23:00 - 07:00) £28.73
