Working Pattern:
Working 8-hour shifts, any 5 out of 7 days but moving to 4 on/4 off in the near future. Nights (23:00-07:00). Rota is provided at least 4 weeks in advance.
Role Responsibilities:
- Working within our Transport department and reporting directly to the transport FLM.
- Dispatching drivers, managing fleet compliance, raising defect issues, and completing driver briefs and debriefs.
- Ensuring agency questionnaires are completed in full and are accurate.
- General administration duties in line with Transport legislation, company policy and procedures.
- Assist in the completion of day-to-day operational activities.
- Your role will include operating numerous reporting tools.
- You will adopt a diplomatic approach to problem resolution and will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Ensuring Health and Safety rules are adhered to on site and all drivers on site are aware of the rules.

Pay rate:
- Days (07:00-15:00) - £14.78 per hour
- Afternoons (15:00-23:00) - £15.52 per hour
- Nights (23:00-07:00) - £16.26 per hour
- Overtime Days after 40 hours - £22.17 per hour
- Overtime Afternoons after 40 hours - £23.28 per hour
- Overtime Nights after 40 hours - £24.39 per hour
