Grafters are recruiting for several Counterbalance Truck drivers in the Snetterton area.

Job details:
- Monday to Friday day shift - 08:00am - 16:30
To accurately locate pallets from Goods In to bulk storage or the pick face in accordance with instructions given on scanners by Warehouse Management system, and to ensure the pallets are wrapped in a safe and secure manner. Assist the Order Picking team with heavy pallets. Operate equipment following Health & Safety guidelines.
Key Tasks:
- Mostly general warehouse work
- 30% counterbalance work
- Put away of pallets into the required bulk location ensuring the pallets are wrapped adequately.
- Put away or replenishment from bulk of pallets into pick location accurately and safely.
- Transport goods in a safe manner ensuring products are handled in such a way to prevent damage.
- Damages should be reported in a timely manner and not left to contaminate other products.
- Report contamination of product identified during daily activities.
- Operate scanners to ensure that the correct number and type of product is picked and shipped, and inventory is managed accurately.
- Follow specific customer instruction on the scanner ensuring the stock is picked in the required format.
- Shrink wrap products to pallets so they are stable during transportation.
- Perform other general warehouse duties as needed.
- Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures.
- Operate handling equipment safely and ensure regulations are followed.
- Carry out and record truck safety checks.
- Regularly clean trucks in accordance with schedule.
- Maintain a high level of health and safety.

Qualification requirements:
- Forklift Counterbalance licence
Experience/Competencies Required:
- Must have good numerical skills.
- Experience of using in house systems ideally using a scanner as well as paperwork.
