Location:
Crick / Daventry, Pay Rate: £14.63 per hour
Night Shift: £16.82 per hour (15% shift allowance)
Overtime: £18.29 per hour (1.25x basic rate)
Shifts: Monday to Friday – AM, PM and Nights Weekend Overtime Available Job Description We are currently recruiting experienced Flexi / Bendi Forklift Truck Drivers to join a busy warehouse operation based in the Crick / Daventry area. Ideally, we are looking for candidates who already hold a valid Flexi / Bendi licence. However, we will also consider experienced forklift drivers with Reach Truck (RT), Counterbalance (CB) or VNA licences, as full conversion training can be provided. Shift Patterns AM Shift: 6:00am – 2:00pm
PM Shift: 2:00pm – 10:00pm
Night Shift: 10:00pm – 6:00am
Working Days: Monday to Friday Weekend Overtime: Available Rotating shifts are preferred, but fixed shifts may also be considered.
Key Responsibilities
Operating forklift trucks safely and efficiently within a busy warehouse environment Loading, unloading and moving stock Replenishing stock and putting goods away Picking and preparing orders for dispatch Carrying out daily forklift safety checks Maintaining a clean and safe working environment Following all site health and safety procedures Requirements Valid Flexi / Bendi, Reach Truck, Counterbalance or VNA forklift licence Previous experience operating MHE equipment in a warehouse environment Good understanding of warehouse health and safety procedures Reliable, punctual and hardworking Flexibility to work rotating shifts where required Willingness to complete a one-week conversion training programme if not already Flexi / Bendi trained What's on Offer?
