Grafters Recruit are looking for multiple committed HGV 2 drivers delivering kitchen and bathroom furniture individually or alongside a Driver's Mate who will assist in the lifting and shifting of items. DUTIES INCLUDE:
- Driving a HGV2 vehicle in a safe manner, complying with all road traffic and vehicle legislation
- Performing vehicle checks at the beginning and end of each journey and reporting all defects
- Ensuring the vehicle and stock are always properly secured and delivered in a safe manner
- Always providing a first-class customer service experience
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
- This is a physically demanding role including lifting and shifting; it is essential that you are physically able to lift items
- Valid in-date driving license, Driver Qualification Card and Digi Card
- No more than 6 points on driving license
- Previous experience in a multi-drop role would be advantageous but not essential
- Excellent communication and customer service skills are essential
- DBS security check will be completed on the successful candidate
