Grafters recruit are looking forHGV Class 1 and 2 Drivers for our national client based in Maidstone Driver will be required to turn up to the depots and load up, the load will generally be in big tubs which will be pump trucked on to the trailer and delivered to one of the smaller delivery hub, some of these delivery hubs they will need to unlock and pump truck their load off (driver will be given full training on the unlock and relock procedure works) Pay rates Class 2 - Days £16.10 Nights £17.23 Class 1 - Days £17.08 Nights £18.96 Key to our success are professional drivers who take pride in the service they provide to our clients and enjoy being part of a committed team. As part of the team you will: Professionally driving and operating an allocated vehicle that is assigned by the Transport department daily while ensuring an efficient and effective collection, transportation and disposal of customer waste. Carry out daily vehicle checks and report all defects which may affect the safe and efficient operation of your vehicle or equipment immediately to the office. Use and maintain your vehicle and equipment in accordance with the training given. Ensure all loads are secure and safe and follow site safety instructions at all sites. Comply with the Company Health & Safety Policy and the Company rules including reporting any unmarked hazards, near misses or accidents and wearing the correct PPE. Onsite assessment required , so happy for newly qualified drivers with 3 months plus to apply. Skills & Experience Required A full UK driving license with LGV Class1 & Class 2 Newly qualified drivers can also apply Compliance with CPC requirements Good time management and organisational skills very personable 'can do' attitude High levels of resilience and flexibility Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work as part of a team Commercially aware and takes pride in the quality and standard of their work If you are interested please apply asap as possible TPBN1_UKTJ
