Grafters Recruit Ltd require Class 1 Drivers for ongoing work from our clients in the Northampton area (Swan Valley).

  • From £18.72 to £46.56 per hour
  • Regular work across the week and weekends
  • Start time between 10:00-16:00
  • Every minute is paid including breaks
  • Overtime after 47.5 hours in the week
  • Mainly store deliveries
  • Use of fridge trailers, but training will be given
  • Free on-site parking
  • Automatically enrolled in company pension after 3 months
  • Entitled to holiday pay

DUTIES:

  • Shifts available between 10:00-16:00
  • Shifts are between 10 to 14 hours long

Each driver will be required to pass an assessment prior to being given a full induction and training for the role.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

  • Valid C+E category on your driving licence, held for 6 months
  • Minimum 1 year driving experience
  • No more than 6 penalty points on licence (NO DR, CD, IN, TT code unaccepted)
  • Valid driver CPC qualified
  • Valid digi Tacho Card

Pre Parity (1st 12 weeks):

  • Mon-Fri 06:00-18:00: £18.72
  • Mon-Fri 18:00-06:00: £19.76
  • Sat 00:00 - Sun 23:59: £22.88
  • Overtime after 47.5hrs Days: £22.88
  • Overtime after 47.5hrs Nights: £24.96
  • Overtime on a weekend after 47.5 all hours Days: £25.17
  • Overtime on a weekend after 47.5 all hours Nights: £27.25
  • Bank Holidays Days: £37.44
  • Bank Holiday Nights: £39.52

Parity (after 12 weeks):

  • Mon-Fri 06:00-18:00: £22.89
  • Mon-Fri 18:00-06:00: £24.17
  • Sat Days: £24.02
  • Sat Nights: £25.30
