Grafters Recruit are looking for a skilled Reach Truck Forklift driver for our client to work in their chilled warehouse, based in Luton. The candidate must hold a valid full UK driving licence and be able to drive Manual Gearbox as they will be required to move Vans to the loading area.
Requirements:
- You must hold a Counterbalance truck licence or have in-house experience with a counterbalance truck.
- Experience with ride on PPT (Pallet Pump Truck).
- Previous experience in a Warehouse role is essential.
- Good communication skills.
- Able to work as part of a small team.
- Follow all health & safety policies on site.
- Good attention to detail.
- Work in a cold environment (2C - 5C).
- Hold PPE Safety boots, Hi-Viz (gloves will be provided).
- Able to work Nights.
- Aged over 21 years for insurance and have no more than 6 points for minor offences.
Shift: Sunday to Thursday 20:00 - 05:00 NIGHT SHIFT, (45 hrs Guaranteed), Paid Breaks. Overtime available on occasions. £12.21 per hour, (£13.68 with rolled up holiday).
Duties:
- Load / Unload Vehicles with Counterbalance Truck and PPT.
- Relocate stock to and from locations.
- Process orders.
- Picking and Packing.
- Labelling of products.
- Follow paperwork and instructions.
- Complete any other warehouse duties as required.
