Grafters Recruit Ltd require 1 x Shunter/driver for ongoing work from our client in the Tamworth and Shire area (Worcester).

- Guaranteed minimum 8 hours per shift

WORKING PATTERNS AVAILABLE:
- Monday to Friday - 0600-1800 and 1800 till 0600
- Additional Sunday work available from time to time
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Category C+E (Class 1)
- Newer drivers welcome
- Valid CPC
- Valid Digital Tachograph Card
- Maximum 6 points on license
- Shunter will be required to work from both sites when required
- Basic Excel knowledge is essential for completing paperwork and entering details into a spreadsheet
- Shunter will be responsible for opening container doors/manual handling
- Self-motivated with good communication skills using a hand-held radio
- Computer experience with Outlook and emails
- Legal compliance and system checks for asset service week and MOTs due
- Reporting defects using a web-based system
PAY STRUCTURE (PAYE ONLY):
- Monday to Friday - £16.50 (Shire area)
- Weekend and Bank holiday - £18.63 (Shire area)
- Monday to Friday Days - £19.23 (Tamworth Depot)
- Weekend and Bank holiday Days - £20.35 (Tamworth Depot)
- Monday to Friday Lates - £26.85 (Tamworth Depot)
- Weekend and Bank holiday Lates - £28.31 (Tamworth Depot)
- Monday to Friday Nights - £27.55 (Tamworth Depot)
- Weekend and Bank holiday Nights - £29.01 (Tamworth Depot)
