Reporting to the warehouse supervisor Working in a team environment in a safe manner adhering to site Health & Safety regulations and Safe Systems of Work Loading vehicles ready for customer deliveries Ensuring quality is of the highest standards and all stock is handled with care so it arrives at our customers in perfect condition Operating Mechanical Handling Equipment and Reach FLT Checking of picked stock and assembled loads prior to dispatch Ensuring high standards are met in line with Ikeas quality processes A range of duties to support the operational efficiency and general housekeeping and hygiene standards of the warehouse and site Relevant skills and experience as a Warehouse Colleague: Previous experience within warehousing is
essential The ability to read and understand instructions The ability to count accurately Have the appropriate hand, eye and foot coordination to effectively use mechanical handling equipment FLT Reach Licence in date RTITB/ITSAR compliant. PPT Experience essential You will be reliable, self-motivated, a strong team player and will have a flexible approach to work Physically able to assist in the movement of goods which may include bending, stretching, stooping, stepping, reaching and lifting in line with Health and Safety regulations
