General Maintenance Operative (Self-Employed) Days Per Week

  • We are looking for a reliable General Maintenance Operative to join our team on a self-employed basis, working 2 days per week across our managed properties in Southampton.

Duties include:

  • General DIY and maintenance tasks
  • Basic decorating and touch-up work
  • Erecting and removing To Let boards
  • Minor property repairs
  • Assisting with general property upkeep

Requirements:
