Need a flooring contractor specialist to install a variety of flooring in an office space: carpet tiles, LVT rolls, vinyls etc. Needs to be located locally to the project (Kent). If successful and the project is done well, we'd like to continue working together on various commercial projects.

All flooring will be supplied and delivered from us, but we are just needing installation only. These finishes will be from well-known brands e.g. Tarkett, Gerflor, Interface etc.

Please let us know your day rate costs and how long it would take to install a 250+ sqm office (ground floor + first floor). You may need to account for supply transition strips for different finishes.
