The role will involve:
- Removing existing flooring and skirting
- Preparing surfaces for re-flooring (including repairing any damage caused during removal)

- Removing and refitting fixtures and skirting
Area 1 = 1m x 3m approx
Area 2 = 70cm x 2m approx
