Painter needed to paint soffits / fascias while scaffolding is up at the front, back and side of the house.
Property in Rotherhithe / Canada Water (SE16).
- Protect all surfaces prior to decoration.
- Fill and caulk where necessary.
- Scrape and remove all loose and flaky areas.
- Power sand all areas to be decorated.
- Apply 1 coat of wood sealer to exposed timber.
- Apply 1 undercoat to all soffits and facias (Colour to be matched).
- Apply 2 satin coats to all soffits and facias (Colour to be matched).
