I need a labourer with their own PPE and basic tools to help with strip-out/demolition work at a house in Brixton. Services will be disconnected and the house is empty. Looking for careful strip-out labour. Must be comfortable with dusty/heavy work, loading mixed waste skips and keeping the site reasonably tidy.

Scope includes:

  • Remove an old kitchen.
  • Remove an old bathroom and WC.
  • Remove selected ceilings, plaster and internal finishes as instructed.
  • Demolish an old lean-to/extension.
  • Remove paving/bricks and clear the garden.

Must stop and flag anything that looks unsafe, structural or live.
