Responsible for the general oversight of a number of bespoke residential new builds in the Christchurch area, ensuring works are delivered on programme, to specification and to the highest quality.

You will coordinate and supervise trades, maintain site safety in accordance with CDM regulations, and liaise with building control.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record on high-end residential projects, hold a valid CSCS card and First Aid certificate, and demonstrate strong computer and communication skills when dealing with clients, consultants and the supply chain.

SMSTS required. Competitive pay commensurate with experience. Start date flexible.
