Labourer needed for 2 days to help prepare a living room refurbishment. Work will include:

  • Removing carpet and underlay
  • Removing old skirting boards
  • Removing coving
  • Stripping wallpaper from walls
  • Bagging and carrying waste
  • General room preparation and tidy-up
  • Helping clean down surfaces ready for plastering
  • Applying Blue Grit bonding agent to an artex ceiling, under instruction

The work is inside a customer’s home, so I need someone reliable, careful and tidy. Must be happy with manual work and able to take care around walls, flooring, doors and existing fixtures. No specialist trade skills required, but experience with general labouring, strip-out or prep work would be useful.
