We are seeking a commercially driven and operationally astute leader to join our senior team as Central Operations & Commercial Manager. This is a high-impact role supporting the COO in delivering operational excellence, commercial growth, and data-led decision-making across multiple sites. You will play a pivotal role in enhancing profitability, optimising systems, and elevating the end-to-end guest experience. From pricing strategy and revenue management to customer journey optimisation and sales culture development, this role offers the opportunity to shape performance at both strategic and operational levels.

Key Responsibilities:- Support the delivery of company-wide operational and commercial strategy
- Drive initiatives that enhance profitability, efficiency, and service standards
- Lead the optimisation and continuous improvement of operational systems (booking, POS, CRM, labour, stock, maintenance)
- Ensure consistency of brand standards and compliance across all sites
- Lead continuous improvement of the full customer journey, from booking to post-visit
- Oversee pricing across all bookable inventory, aligning with demand and seasonality
- Balance guest experience with operational efficiency and revenue optimisation
- Collaborate with marketing to improve conversion, retention, and commercial impact
- Strong revenue management and pricing strategy expertise
- A track record of improving profitability and operational efficiency

- Experience within a multi-site or hospitality environment (desirable)
