We’re looking for a highly experienced and commercially driven Operations Manager to take the lead across a growing multi-site restaurant group operating in Leeds, Liverpool, and Manchester. If you’re a strategic operator with a passion for people, performance and delivering consistent, outstanding guest experiences, we’d love to hear from you.

What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience as an Operations Manager within a multi-site hospitality
- Strong commercial acumen with confidence analysing KPIs, labour, GP, EBITDA
- Excellent leadership, coaching and communication skills with the ability to develop high-performing teams
- Sound understanding of UK hospitality legislation, including Health & Safety, Food Safety, Licensing and Employment Law
- Experience managing HR processes, recruitment, onboarding and succession planning
- Highly organised with strong problem-solving ability and a hands-on, solutions-oriented approach
- Someone passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences and maintaining brand standards
