A high-growth, fast-paced food business is expanding its national QSR footprint and seeking a Property Acquisitions Manager to drive site sourcing, selection and acquisition across the UK. Operating through 400+ delivery kitchens and high-street locations, the company partners with leading food brands and scales them rapidly through a franchise model.
The Role
You'll define the "golden criteria" for successful QSR sites, source high-potential locations, and build the systems and playbooks that allow franchisees to secure properties quickly and confidently. Working closely with sales, legal partners, surveyors and landlords, you'll manage the full acquisition lifecycle and help turn property sourcing into a competitive advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and evolve QSR site-selection criteria
- Source qualifying properties via databases, agents, landlords and canvassing
- Build scalable tools, systems and playbooks for site sourcing
- Manage franchisees through the acquisition process
- Secure sites in new markets and match them with operators
- Produce clear reporting on progress, blockers and solutions
- Maintain landlord-facing materials and manage third-party partners
What We're Looking For
- Experience in commercial property acquisition or QSR/hospitality/retail
- Strong deal-making and contract negotiation skills
- Established UK landlord/agent network
- Experience supporting franchise operators
- Understanding of heads of terms and commercial leases
- Highly organised project manager able to juggle multiple acquisitions
- Strong communicator with persuasive landlord-facing skills
- Data-driven, commercially minded, energetic and passionate about food
- Right to work in the UK
