Overview: My Client is seeking an experienced BMS Installation Engineer / BMS Electrician to join a static site in South West London. The role involves the installation, wiring, and commissioning support of Building Management Systems (BMS) and associated controls.
Responsibilities:
- Install and terminate BMS control panels, field devices, and cabling.
- Work from wiring diagrams and schematic drawings.
- Carry out fault finding and testing of control systems.
- Liaise with site supervisors and commissioning engineers to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Maintain site safety standards and adhere to project timelines.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in BMS or controls installation (Trend, Tridium, Siemens, etc. preferred).
- ECS/CSCS card essential.
- Good understanding of electrical schematics and control wiring.
- Ability to work independently on a static site.
- Own tools and PPE required.
Contract Details:
- Start: Immediate / ASAP
- Duration: 3-4 weeks (can extend further)
