The Role: As General Manager, youll lead a busy, premium London pub with a strong reputation and loyal guest base. Youll oversee a large, experienced team, maintain exceptional standards, and deliver the commercial performance expected of a top-tier operator.
Youll be a confident, polished leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and knows how to build a stable, high-performing culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Full P&L ownership, driving revenue, margin, and site-level EBITDA
Leading, coaching, and developing a strong management and front-of-house team
Maintaining exceptional service standards across bar, floor, and kitchen
Delivering consistent, premium guest experiences every day
Driving local marketing, events, and community engagement
Ensuring labour, stock, and operational controls are tight, efficient, and commercially sound
What Were Looking For: A proven General Manager from a premium pub, gastro, or high-end restaurant background
Strong commercial instincts someone who understands the numbers and knows how to move them
