We are looking for a talented Senior Sous Chef to support the Head Chef in leading an exciting new opening, this will be a busy, fresh-food kitchen. You will help drive standards, develop the team, and deliver consistently high-quality dishes in a fast-paced, professional environment.

The Role

As Senior Sous Chef, you will be the Head Chef's right hand, managing daily operations, mentoring junior chefs, and ensuring every plate meets spec. You will play a key role in menu development, food safety, and cost control, while keeping service smooth and the kitchen motivated.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Leading by example and supporting the Head Chef day-to-day
