The site blends traditional inn charm with modern comfort and needs a GM who can elevate both the guest experience and commercial performance. About the role: Lead all day-to-day operations across rooms, restaurant, bar and guest services Drive exceptional service standards across a busy, high-footfall venue Manage and develop a passionate team across FOH, housekeeping and kitchen Oversee financial performance, forecasting, labour control and cost management Ensure smooth delivery of breakfast, lunch and dinner service Maintain strong relationships with local suppliers and the surrounding community Uphold the propertys reputation as a welcoming base for hikers, cyclists and travellers
