Graft Events Limited are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to our senior management team.
Working Hours: Full time, Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm
- Provide administrative support to the directors, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and booking travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations to a high standard.
- Manage and maintain confidential records and files, both physical and digital.
- Coordinate meetings, events, and projects, ensuring timely completion and follow-up.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and letters.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.
- Excellent administrative and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- PA or administrative qualification, or equivalent experience.
- Use of HR software.
- Familiarity with project management tools and software.
