Graft Events Limited are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to our senior management team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of day-to-day activities, assisting with the smooth delivery of events, and providing exceptional support to the Directors.
Working Hours: Full time, Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm
Salary: from £32,000.00 per year
Work Location: In person, Ilkeston
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the directors, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and booking travel arrangements
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations to a high standard
- Manage and maintain confidential records and files, both physical and digital
- Coordinate meetings, events, and projects, ensuring timely completion and follow-up
- Develop and implement effective administrative processes and procedures
- Build and maintain relationships with senior management, colleagues, and external partners
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and letters
- Managing business and client procurement
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role
- Excellent administrative and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with senior management and external partners
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Excellent attention to detail

- PA or administrative qualification, or equivalent experience
- Use of HR software
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Familiarity with project management tools and software
