Overview
Personal Trainer/Group Fitness Instructor – Epsom, Surrey
At Graft, we bring people together through energising outdoor group exercise classes. Our daytime sessions are held at the stunning Mayfield Lavender Café grounds, while evenings take place at Epsom College.
What makes Graft different? It’s our ethos: “motivating, not militant.” We’ve built a welcoming, supportive community where trainers and participants thrive together. Training outdoors keeps things fresh and fun—the changing seasons add an extra spark to every session.
We’re looking for Level 3 qualified Personal Trainers to join our team and help deliver dynamic, varied workouts. Sessions are flexible and creative, with access to a wide range of kit including plates, dumbbells, medicine balls, agility ladders, and more. Class sizes range from small groups to 20+ in peak times, giving you plenty of scope to adapt, engage, and inspire.
Pay: £35 per 45-minute session
