We're looking for a highly organised and enthusiastic Digital Content Intern to support the day-to-day management of Graff's global ecommerce website.
Working closely with the Global Junior Digital Content Manager, you'll assist in delivering exceptional digital experiences by supporting website content updates, campaign launches, quality assurance and day-to-day ecommerce operations across multiple international markets.
This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience within a global luxury brand, developing practical skills across content management systems, digital operations, website optimisation and ecommerce best practices.

- Website Content Support
- Assist with uploading and updating website content within the CMS.
- Support homepage, landing page and editorial content updates.
- Maintain consistency across website content across multiple regions.
- Perform quality assurance checks before and after content launches.
- Review website content for accuracy, formatting and broken links.
- Campaign & Launch Support
- Assist with preparing website content for new launches and campaigns.
- Update promotional messaging across global storefronts.
- Coordinate digital assets with internal creative teams.
- Help maintain the Ecommerce content calendar.
- Ensure campaign launch checklists are completed accurately and on time.
- Website QA & Testing
- Perform daily website health and visual checks.
- Test new pages and experiences before publication.
- Identify content issues, broken links and visual inconsistencies.
- Log issues and work with internal teams to support resolution.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) during website releases.
- Reporting & Administration
- Update internal trackers and documentation.
