The business now has a need for a Commercial Lawyer with Marketing Law experience to join the business for 12 months. The role will take responsibility for a wide range of matters largely related to the marketing of own brand products which will include content creation and influencer agreements as well as agency agreements and agreements with tech providers. You will also manage public statements and marketing content in relation to green claims and sustainability claims. You will advise the business on consumer law matters and regulations in relation to consumer law and advertising.
With a diverse portfolio of products, the position will be busy and will give you the opportunity to work directly with the product design team, marketing teams, the IP team and product related teams within the organisation across Europe. You will have the opportunity to establish strong relationships and truly partner with the business, supporting this business in its growth of market share in a highly competitive environment.
The role will best suit a commercial, marketing or TMT lawyer who enjoys variety as well as working with products and brands. Experience with marketing law and consumer regulations is key, along with an understanding of e-commerce and digital marketing, sponsorships, sustainability and consumer protection laws. The ability to work with a large and complex business is also key, along with the ability to hit the ground running on establishing relationships with key stakeholders.
