This high profile luxury and consumer brands business now has a rare opportunity for a senior commercial lawyer to join the business for 6-12 months.
The Opportunity
The role will have responsibility for supporting 2 divisions on a wide variety of matters, essentially large commercial contracts (supply chain, etc) along with licensing, tech & digital as well as marketing and regulatory. In addition to this, you will also advise and support on competition matters and compliance. You will advise on matters relating to selective distribution and you will work closely with IP and marketing.
About You
The role will best suit a lawyer with strong commercial contracts experience gained within a retail or consumer business. You will need to be able to demonstrate an ability to engage effectively with commercial stakeholders and work within a complex business structure. The role requires a strong commercial mindset and a demonstrated commitment to high working standards and an understanding of working with brands.
