A truly unique opportunity to join a Not-For-Profit organisation in central London as Senior Compliance & Risk Manager. This is a global role, covering all aspects of Compliance and Regulatory Risk matters affecting a global Charity / Not-For-Profit organisation. Working within a small team of international Compliance & Risk specialists, you’ll report directly to the CCO in London and support both the CCO (Chief Compliance Officer/Counsel) and GC (General Counsel) and the broader legal team, as well as support external advisors on a multitude of global regulatory matters.

About you

  • Demonstrated experience of working in a Compliance, Legal or Risk Management role within a regulated sector.
  • Solid knowledge of Compliance matters including, but not limited to:
    • Corporate Compliance
    • Safeguarding
    • Anti-bribery & Corruption
    • Fraud
    • Modern Slavery
    • Data Protection issues
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good attention to detail and a commercial mind.
  • Proven ability to verbally communicate complex Compliance concepts to non-Compliance persons clearly.
  • Experience of delivering complex regulatory projects and training initiatives.
  • International regulatory exposure/experience would also be beneficial.

This is a permanent appointment offering a hybrid working arrangement in their central London (West End) office.
