This customer focussed business is a retail brand relied on by people all over the UK. The business now has a need for an IP paralegal to join and provide dedicated IP legal support to its group of brands.
You will also work closely with the brands team, protecting and maintaining brands and supporting on IP projects, along with the legal team. This is a unique opportunity for an IP paralegal to join a retail brands business in a key role relating to protection of these brands and as well as the support of new and own brand products.
Given the diverse nature of the IP work involved, the company is open to a trade marks background, brand protection experience or patents experience - you will use all of it and be given the opportunity to learn and develop the other areas. Experience gained in-house or in private practice are both welcome.
