An outstanding opportunity for a Legal Operations Coordinator to join a leading retail organisation in the UK. This position has been created to work closely with the Legal Operations team, supporting the roll out of new systems, such as a new contract and management system and bring new efficiencies to the Legal team.
- Collaborate with other functions to co-create scalable tools and joint processes for servicing the UK business and encourage the business to utilise these tools through change management;
- Act as a visible, trusted point of contact for the UK Legal Team, providing guidance on legal processes and systems and delivering training and awareness to the business;
- Horizon scanning for legal technology and keeping up to date with developments to ensure the team are using best practice tools and ways of working;
- Manage projects for legal;
- Educate colleagues, both the business on legal processes and tools and the legal team on business processes and tools.
